About Us
N & N Building & Finishing was founded in 2010 as a sole-proprietorship and has grown over the years to work in small and large-scale construction.
The principal, Neil Hittall, has amassed extensive and varied experience in several different applications, and is the holder of a diploma issued by Walbrent College in 'Building Durable Homes and Structures'.
Our Team
Neil Hittall (Managing Director): Neil achieved his Certification from Walbrent College & is responsible for all interior & exterior finishing. He is also responsible for joinery work, interior structures, plumbing & cosmetic work. (Team: 5)
We have a team of highly skilled and professional full-time employees comprising of painters/slickers, electricians, carpenters, masons and tilers. Additionally, we have part-time staff that can be called on during large projects.

N&N has worked with several reputable companies in the construction business, particularly with those from Mechanical & Electrical disciplines such as:
- Next Generation Electrical (NGE)
- R-TEK Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services
- TMR Sales & Service Ltd.
Our Approach
We consider building and maintenance to be truly a collaborative process. That is why we ensure we build a relationship with our clients to make sure their investment is completed satisfactorily. We tailor our capabilities to meet the client’s specific needs and as a full-service contractor company, there is nothing we can’t build when we work together.
We have cooperated with a number of designers, architects, and engineers to ensure our clients are satisfied.
